Regiment 3 build house for needy officer
PANO – Regiment 3 of Division 324 of Military Region 4, in coordination with the Party Committee, authorities and socio-political organizations and unions of Pho Doan village of Lung Niem commune, Thanh Hoa province’s Ba Thuoc district, started the construction of a house for Captain Ha Van Quan.
Captain Quan, Political Commissar of Company 20 of Regiment 3, has a hard life. His parents are old, while his children are small and his wife does not have a stable job.
The house is built on an area of 120 sq.m at a cost of VND 80 million, which was raised by troops and youths of the military region. Troops of Regiment 3 will also contribute 600 working days to build the house.
The construction of the house for Captain Quan is scheduled to be completed on July 10.
