The delegates laid flowers and incense to express their gratitude and pay respect to the martyrs, pledging absolute loyalty to the Party, the country, and the people, and vowing to contribute more to the national construction and defense cause.

* On the same day, a delegation from the Central Military Commission, led by Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, visited and presented gifts to Thuan Thanh Convalescent Center for Wounded Soldiers in Thuan Thanh town, Bac Ninh province.

In his speech, Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son affirmed that the wounded and sick soldiers at the center have always upheld the spirit of Uncle Ho's soldiers, maintaining their faith in life, overcoming difficulties, and fighting diseases. He praised the dedication of the center's staff and thanked them for their wholehearted care for the wounded and sick soldiers. On this occasion, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff presented gifts from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to Thuan Thanh Convalescent Center and the soldiers being cared for there.

* Also on July 18, the Military Youth Advisory Board under the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army, in collaboration with the Department of Political Affairs of Military Region 4, the Military Medical University, and various military and civilian units, organized the "July for Gratitude" program in Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.

The program included activities such as offering incense at Hoang Hoa district's War Cemetery, giving 250 gifts to policy beneficiaries and needy students, presenting two houses (each worth VND 80 million), and providing free healthcare for over 500 policy beneficiaries in Hoang Xuan commune, Hoang Hoa district. The total value of the program was nearly VND 700 million. These activities reflected the gratitude and appreciation of military youths for the sacrifices of martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, policy families, and revolutionary contributors.
