82 water tanks given to border guard forces |
On April 7, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province, Vo Van Luc, a representative from Tan Ngoc Luc Joint Stock Company presented water tanks, worth VND 140 million, to the Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard Command.
In response to the VFF’s call to fight the pandemic, the company donated 82 water tanks of 500 liters each to help border troops in key positions overcome difficulties in the fight against the COVID-19.
Earlier, on the same day, the unit also received over 3,000 medical face masks from Lan Tran Joint Stock Company.
* NSJ Joint Stock Company supported the Ha Tinh provincial Border Guard Command in COVID-19 prevention and control.
Accordingly, 200 boxes of instant noodles, 1,500 medical face masks, 50 kilograms of dried radish, and 100 flashlights, worth VND 60 million, were handed over to the border guards.
During the event, a leader of the command thanked the company for the meaningful gifts, contributing to ensuring safety for anti-COVID-19 front-line forces.

* Also on April 7, a delegation of Branch 716 (Army Corps 15) visited and encouraged local people in the border commune of Ia Dai, Ia H’Drai district, Kon Tum province.
On this occasion, the delegation also presented 10 tons of rice and 3,000 medical face masks to the locals.
The budget to buy these goods was donated by the unit’s staff and soldiers. This meaningful and practical activity of the military unit has left a deep impression on the local people, contributing to enhancing the military-civilian ties.
