More “Great unity” houses built for needy households

Tin is from Phong Son commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thue Hue province and a needy policy beneficiary. Sharing difficulties with his family, the Thua Thien Hue provincial Military Command, in coordination with local authorities, decided to build a house on an area of 90 square meters, with a total cost nearly VND 200 million, of which the unit supported VND 50 million and the Phong Son commune People’s Committee donated VND 10 million.

The house is scheduled to put into use on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the foundation day of the Vietnam People’s Army, 35th anniversary of the whole people's defense festive day.

* The Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command has just handed over two “Great unity” houses to Nguyen Thi Bich, from Village No.1, Dak Bukso commune, Tuy Duc district; and Nguyen Thi Tat, Thuan Nghia village, Thuan Hanh commune, Dak Song district in Dak Nong province.

They are both in difficult living conditions. Having learnt about that, the Dak Nong provincial Border Guard Command decided to support them to build “Great unity” houses, worth totally more than VND 200 million.

This is a practical program, showing the care of border troops and other enterprises towards needy border households.
