* The Air Defense-Air Force Service carried out mass mobilization activities to consolidate military-civilian ties in Dong Tam commune, My Duc district, Hanoi. During the seven days from July 20 to 26, 120 troops of the units under the Air Defense-Air Force Service will cooperate with Regiment 64 (Division 361), Brigade 229 of Engineering Corps, and local authorities to repair war cemeteries, offer incense and pay tribute to fallen soldiers, help locals dredge canals, and support national contributors' families.

* The association of former warriors fighting at the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel in 1972, in collaboration with the Quang Tri provincial Buddhist Sangha, held a vigil to pray for heroic martyrs in the southern bank of the historical Thach Han river. At the event, T&T Group and the Saigon-Hanoi Bank also presented 40 houses of gratitude for families of poor war veterans in localities across the country.

* The Party Committee and chain-of-command of Brigade 127 of Naval Region 5 of the Vietnam People's Navy, in association with the People's Committee of An Thoi town, on July 20 visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and national contributors in the area where the unit stationed.

* In the first six months of 2019, Soc Trang province has built 442 gratitude houses to national contributors' families, handed over 442 houses worth nearly VND 14 billion from the provincial gratitude fund in the buildup July 27.
