On behalf of the MND and GDP’s leaders, Deputy Director of the Department of Policy Senior Colonel Doan Quang Hoa congratulated  Hau Giang province on its the achievements over the past years.

On this occasion, he also briefed the delegation on international, domestic and military situations. The MND has instructed the whole military to well implement gratitude movements and educate the tradition “When drinking water, remember its source” among troops.

In addition, military units have actively worked with localities to disseminate policies for revolution contributors as well as organized many meaningful gratitude activities.
