Military Youth Advisory Board joins hand in planting trees in Lai Chau

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Giang Pao My; Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 2 Major General Tran Ngoc Tuan; and representatives from the Military Youth Advisory Board and local departments participated in the event.

After the launch of the festival, participants joined hands to plant 300 trees of different kinds along the street in the center of Pa So village, Phong Tho townlet, Phong Tho district.

Some 300 trees are planted in Pa So village this time.

Also in the day, the Military Youth Advisory Board and the Political Department of Military Region 2 visited and presented more than 130 gifts, worth VND 500,000 each, to new enlistees of the province. They also had exchange with veterans, historical witnesses, and discharged soldiers.
