The program will be organized by the Military Youth Board under the General Department of Politics, in association with the Vietnam Border Guard High Command’s Political Department, military services, military regions, and localities across the country.

Accordingly, military units will visit, inquire after and present gifts to on-duty units, disseminate information about the country’s borderlines, seas and islands and the heroic tradition of the military to troops and local people, honor individuals and groups  with outstanding achievements in social welfare activities, and host sports and artistic exchanges.

In addition, the organizers will send medical missions to provide free health checkups, health counseling, medicines and surgeries as well as hand over gratitude houses to local disadvantaged people and troops’ relatives.
