Reportedly, they provided unscheduled financial assistance to 459 active troops, defense workers, and military personnel.
In addition, they worked with relevant units to grant allowances to retired officers, built six gratitude houses for poor policy beneficiaries, took care of 16 Vietnamese heroic mothers whose husbands and sons laid down their lives for the country’s independence and freedom, and provided free health checkups and medicines for over 600 people.
Meanwhile, the GDP’s organizations sent missions to visit, inquire after, and present nearly 5,200 gifts and savings books to wounded soldiers and national contributors in areas where they are stationed on the occasion of the country’s major events.
