The delegation from Military Hospital 175 was led by Deputy Director Colonel Bui Duc Thanh.

During the program, the medical staff of Military Hospital 175 checked health and gave free medicines to over 450 people from local ethnic minority groups, poor and policy beneficiary families in Loc An and Loc Hoa communes, Loc Ninh district.

They also offered incense in tribute to heroes and fallen troops at the memorial house dedicated to military and civilian medical staff and wounded and sick soldiers of the Southeastern region who sacrificed their lives during the national resistance war against U.S. imperialists for national salvation.

They visited and learned about the tradition at the Regional Headquarters (the headquarters of the Liberation Army of Southern Vietnam, also known as Ta Thiet Base), and toured Truc Lam Binh Phuoc Zen Monastery.

The same day, the joint force visited and presented a gift to heroic Vietnamese mother Kha Thi Yen, aged 109, in village 8, Loc An commune, Loc Ninh district.

Also in Loc Ninh district, the delegation gave gifts to 20 needy policy families, 20 scholarships to needy students. They also visited and presented gifts to troops of Loc An Border Post under the Binh Phuoc provincial Border Guard Command and Infantry Company 31 of Loc Ninh district’s Military Command.
