The activity was part of a series of events marking the 51st anniversary of the Foundation Day of Military Hospital 175 (May 26, 1975 – 2026) and the 37th anniversary of Viettel’s Foundation Day (June 1, 1989 – 2026), while also responding to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Workers’ Month.
The program aimed to encourage officers, Youth Union members, youths, and employees to promote their sense of responsibility and volunteer spirit for the community by actively participating in blood donation activities, helping supplement blood supplies for emergency care and patient treatment.

Each donated unit of blood contributes to saving lives while spreading hope, compassion, and solidarity throughout the community. For the healthcare sector, especially central-level hospitals such as Military Hospital 175, a safe and stable blood supply plays a critical role in emergency treatment, surgery, medical care, and patient recovery.
In the coming period, Military Hospital 175 and Viettel will continue implementing practical activities that contribute to the community while improving the welfare, working conditions, and rights of personnel from both organizations.
At the program, Military Hospital 175 received more than 400 units of blood, with absolute safety ensured throughout the entire process of collection, storage, and use.

The voluntary blood donation program also helped strengthen cooperation between Military Hospital 175 and Viettel, while promoting the noble qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers” in the new era through joint efforts for the health and well-being of the people.
