Notably, the Army Academy closely coordinated with Corps 15 in annual training and capacity building for cadres, as well as in developing operational documents and combat plans, thereby helping Corps 15 improve the quality of training, exercises, and scientific research to meet mission requirements.

Military Hospital 175 promoted technical transfer, enhancing the professional qualifications of medical staff of Corps 15; coordinated in handling medical situations and disease prevention and control; and organized medical check-ups and free medicine distribution for local people in areas where Corps 15 is stationed.

At the conference, leaders of the three units affirmed that twinning activities in 2024–2025 contributed to improving task performance quality and strengthening solidarity, cohesion, and mutual understanding among the units. They agreed to continue directing and implementing the twinning activity program for 2026–2027 in a focused and effective manner.

Priority will be given to promoting research and experience sharing in Party and political work, troop management, and unit building; studying and summarizing defense-economic models; and coordinating training and capacity building tailored to the operational areas and missions of Corps 15, especially enhancing command, advisory, and management capabilities of cadres.

The three units also agreed to strengthen cooperation in applying science and technology and digital transformation to improve human resource quality; enhance professional support and technical transfer to improve military medical capacity; and organize free medical examinations and medicine distribution for people of ethnic communities and those in border areas.

On this occasion, Corps 15 awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in coordinating twinning activities in 2024–2025. The three units also presented VND 170 million to support the construction of two “houses of comradeship” for two workers’ families of Corps 15 facing difficult circumstances.

Earlier, delegates visited and learned about “clever mass mobilization” models at Defense-Economic Units 74 and 75 under Corps 15.
