They also granted scholarships, worth VND 500,000 each, to 40 disadvantaged students of Son Kim Primary School 1, 20 gifts and 20 blankets to poor households in Son Kim commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province.

In Son Bang commune, Huong Son district, the delegation gave scholarships to 30 needy students of Son Bang Primary School, 20 gifts including VND 1 million and a blanket each to households in difficulty, and some biological and microbiological technology products to local families.

Apart from gift presentation, medical staff from Southern Thang Long - Hanoi Hospital and the Military Medical Division of the General Department of Defense Industry gave health check-ups to over 300 students of Son Kim Primary School 1.

Within the program, the delegation offered flowers and incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Special National Historical Relic Site in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.
