After inspecting the landslide area and the efforts to mitigate its consequences, General Ty suggested that the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command reinforce personnel and resources, closely coordinate with other forces present at the scene, and expedite search and rescue operations. He also visited the family of Captain Le Anh Sang, one of the three traffic police officers who died in the landslide incident on July 30, and conveyed his deep condolences to the bereaved family, expressing regret for the death of the Captain while fulfilling his duty.

Major General Pham Van Ty stated that the Ministry of National Defense had asked the Military Region 7 Command and the Engineering Corps Command to prepare forces and resources, ready to respond to any requests from the local authorities. All units in the armed forces were directed to strengthen their readiness and response to natural disasters, to protect lives and property of people, especially the military units stationed in Lam Dong province and the Central Highlands region as a whole.

On July 30 and 31, the Lam Dong Provincial Military Command mobilized 345 officers and soldiers to participate in the disaster recovery efforts. Specifically, at the landslide site on Bao Loc Pass, the provincial military command coordinated with the Bao Loc City Military Command and the Da Huoai District Military Command, along with other participating forces, to conduct rescue operations on both sides of the landslide. The Bao Loc City Military Command deployed 25 officers, and one regular militia platoon to participate in the rescue operations on the pass and assist the villages of Dai Lao and Loc Chau in evacuating people and property from the dangerous area.
