On behalf of Ho Chi Minh City's leadership, Tran Kim Yen kindly inquired after the families of the martyrs, encouraging them to overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and continue to contribute to their hometown.

Yen shared that in recent years, the leadership and people of Ho Chi Minh City have always cared for policy families and national contributors through practical activities. For Con Dao district, the city has paid special gratitude towards the patriots and revolutionaries who sacrificed themselves for the independence and freedom of the country and are now resting in Hang Duong and Hang Keo war cemeteries. Additionally, the city regularly supports educational and training activities at schools in Con Dao, contributing to the development of the local education sector and enhancing social welfare in the area.

On the same day, the delegation from Ho Chi Minh City visited and presented gifts to ten policy families and national contributors in Con Dao district.
