In the guestbook at the relic site, Gen. Son wrote with heartfelt emotion, expressing the GS’s staff’s deepest respect and gratitude to the heroic martyrs for their great contributions. He emphasized the GS’s officers and soldiers’ absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people and determination to build a revolutionary, standardized, elite, and modernized Vietnam People’s Army, to constantly improve synergy, combat strength, and heighten revolutionary vigilance, as well as stay ready to fight and win, firmly safeguarding the socialist Fatherland.

The same day, the delegation commemorated more than 11,000 heroic martyrs of Military Region 4’s Division 324 at the Monument dedicated to them. They expressed profound gratitude for the great sacrifices made by the martyrs for national liberation and reunification.
