After the incense offering ceremony and the tree planting at the memorial site, General Quyet and the delegation visited the site's exhibition house.

General Quyet also inquired after wounded and sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs and national contributors in the locality. He underlined that the Party, State, and military always deeply treasure and are profoundly grateful for the sacrifices and great contribution of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, and national contributors in the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense.

The GDP chief affirmed that in the time to come, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense would continue to closely work with Thai Nguyen province to implement policy activities more effectively, contributing to improving both the material and spiritual life of national contributors and encouraging them to strive for better life.
