Dong Nai Military Command presents gifts to needy workers
PANO - The Military Command of Dong Nai province on September 19 launched the second support program for pandemic-hit people, during which they would present 2,500 gifts to needy workers affected by COVID-19.

According to Senior Colonel Vu Van Dien, Commanding Officer of the command, apart from the aforementioned gifts, 500 moon cakes will be given to young recipients as well to partly ease their difficulties and help them enjoy a happy Mid-autumn Festival.
The program has contributed to brightening the image, and bringing into play noble virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.
After the launch, troops of the military command maneuvered to localities to hand gifts to needy workers and their children.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak in the province, the command has mobilized thousands of troops and militia and self-defense force to control the pandemic, guard at checkpoints, work at field hospitals, assist locals in harvesting crops, and transport goods to pandemic-hit people.
