* On November 7, a delegation of Division 372 of the Air Defense-Air Force Service, led by its Deputy Commander Colonel Trinh Van Thang, transported relief supplies by road from Da Nang city to Phuoc Son mountainous district, Quang Nam province, to support flood-hit people in isolated communes due to the recent landslides.

Namely, eight tons of rice, 520 blankets, 64 boxes of noodles, warm clothes and other necessities were handed over to the locals.

Over the past days, because of harsh weather conditions, the unit could not conduct relief airlifts so that they had to transport the supplies by road.

The division has transported 12.5 tons and 16 tons of relief supplies by air and road, respectively, contributing to easing difficulties caused by the flooding and landslides in the Central provinces of Quang Tri, Thua Thien-Hue and Quang Nam.
