At 3:30 p.m. on June 26, during a trip from Lung Cu Border Post to the Ha Giang provincial Border Guard Command, Captain Giang Minh Trung, Head of the Mass Mobilization Team, and non-commissioned Captain Ban Van Sac, member of the Administrative Control Team of Lung Cu Border Post, found an iPhone 14 Pro in the Can Ty slope area (Can Ty commune, Quan Ba district, Ha Giang province).

Captain Giang Minh Trung promptly posted the information on Facebook and asked tour operators to help locate the phone's owner. After contacting several travel agencies, Amanda, an Australian national, reached out to Giang Minh Trung to claim her phone. Amanda had lost her phone while traveling by motorbike.

Receiving her phone back, Amanda was deeply moved by the border officers' good deed. She shared that "the phone was a gift from my family before I came to Vietnam. When I realized I had lost it, I was very scared because I had no way to contact my family, and they would be very worried."

The good deed of Captain Giang Minh Trung and non-commissioned Captain Ban Van Sac left a good impression of good virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers on foreign tourists.
