Border Guard builds houses for needy ethnic minority people
PANO – The Border Guard of Ha Tinh province, in association with the border station of Ban Giang and the People’s Committee of Huong Khe district, held a groundbreaking ceremony to build houses for Chut ethnic minority people in Rao Tre village, Huong Lien commune (Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province).

The Border Guard of Ha Tinh province constructs six houses for needy households from Chut ethnic minority group in Rao Tre village at a cost of more than VND 600 million, of which 50 percent came from the Ha Tinh provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the remainder from the Border Guard of Ha Tinh province. The unit also mobilized its troops to spend working days building the houses.
Over the past years, the Border Guard of Ha Tinh province has always supported the Chut ethnic minority people to develop household-economy and improve the quality of their lives.
The six houses are expected to complete before the rainy season.
