Army Corps 15 presents gratitude houses to its workers
PANO – On December 29th, Army Corps 15 handed over 3 gratitude houses to workers of the Corps’ Branch 716, named A Vuong, A Ve and Le Duy Phat of ethnic minority groups in hamlet 5, Ia Dal commune, Ia HDra district, Kon Tum province.
At the inauguration ceremony
The construction of each house costs VND 140 million, including VND 70 million from the Corps, and VND 50 million from the commune’s authorities. Branch 716 provided working days for the constructions.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Duc Thanh, the Corps’ Party Secretary and Deputy Commander said this meaningful deed is in response to policies of the Corps’ Party and Command, which aim to harmonize the corps’ production and business development with its workers’ lives, especially those of ethnic minority groups in border areas. This would contribute to strengthening defense and security in the province.
