Troops and cadets donate blood.

At the program, the organizing panel informed participants about the situation of blood shortage and the demand for blood use at medical facilities, while disseminating information among officers and cadets of the academy to raise their awareness of the significance of blood donation.

With thorough preparations in all aspects, on-site blood reception was carried out safely according to proper procedures and health care for blood donors before, during and after blood donation was implemented effectively. The event was wrapped up successfully. The organizing panel collected 287 units of blood.

Up to now, the ADAF Academy has organized three blood donation drives with a total of 1,124 units of blood. It is part of the practical activities in response to its 60th foundation anniversary (July 16, 1964 - 2024). Through these activities, the academy would like to arouse troops’ vanguard and voluntary spirit in participating in social activities, contributing to beautifying the good virtues of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new situation.
