During the event, the delegates were updated with information related to the Party and States’ guidelines and policies for ethnic minority groups; promoting the role of the Vietnam People’s Army in law dissemination and education and encouraging local people to observe laws; implementing of projects for servicewomen and women in border areas; changes in Law on Domestic Violence and Control, and punishment of violation acts in Law on marriage and family, to name but a few.

On the occasion, the Military Women Advisory Board presented 200 gifts to the families of needy women in Na Chao - Na Tham village under the program “Military women stand side by side with border women” in the 2021-2025 period. Also, the delegation inquired after and presented gifts to troops of the border station of Ta Lung International Border Gate under the Cao Bang provincial Border Guard Command.
