Provincial military command hailed for military-defense task performance
PANO - Efforts and achievements gained by the Bac Giang provincial Military Command in maintaining combat readiness posture and in implementing military-defense work since the beginning of this year were highly appreciated by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Phuong Nam, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on August 28.
General Nam led a Ministry of National Defense mission to inspect the unit’s maintenance of combat readiness posture.
As reported, the Command’s Party Committee worked out plans scientifically, carried out all aspects and accomplished all military-defense missions. Besides, the command’s affiliated agencies and units have well prepared forces and materials for exercises while reaping outstanding results in regularity building and observance of State law and military discipline.
Attentively, the command has made an accurate forecast of situations and closely coordinated with relevant forces to ensure political security and social order and safety during the National Day (September 2) and stayed ready to undertake any missions as ordered.

Concluding the inspection, General Nam asked the command’s Party Committee and chain-of-command to embrace regulations on force-use, complete documents in line with reality, closely work with relevant forces, forecast situations and practice combat scenarios and undertake and fulfill all assignments.
