Reports delivered at the event revealed that over the past time relevant agencies and units have actively prepared for the congress. Particularly, they helped the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission print and send invitations to delegates, prepare accommodations for participants in the congress, and build a plan to organize a ceremony to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and to fallen soldiers. Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Do Can asked the Office of the Central Military Commission to double-check the list of delegates and the Department of Political Education and Information to work with press agencies to disseminate information about the upcoming event. He urged the Department of Military Security under the General Department of Politics, Brigade 144 of the General Staff, and relevant forces to ensure absolute security for the congress.

Praising relevant agencies and units for their active preparation for the upcoming event, Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan asked them to closely coordinate with each other in preparing for the congress with a focus on ensuring absolute information security while printing and distributing congress-related documents, carefully preparing accommodations for participants, fostering information dissemination, and developing plans to provide security for the congress.

General Tan also requested agencies and units to increase their responsibility to thoroughly prepare and wholeheartedly serve to ensure the success of the 11th Military Party Congress.
