PANO - Tien Giang Provincial Border Guard Command has recently handed over two houses to its needy staff under the program “Warm houses for soldiers in border areas and on islands”.

The recipients are Second Lieutenant Pham Van Hoai Linh, head of the drug crime prevention unit working for Tan Thanh Border Post, and Captain Huynh Trong Nam, a non-commissioned officer and a chief mechanic of a patrol ship of Flotilla 2 of Tien Giang Provincial Border Guard.

The houses were built at a cost of VND 60 million each.

Units’ troops contributed working days to build the houses.
