Speaking at the event, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Commando Corps Senior Colonel Hoang Minh Son recalled that the Staff of the Commando Corps has over the past time made recommendations to the Commando Corps’ Party Committee and Command to issue sound directives in combat, force building, training, and scientific research, contributing to effectively fulfilling all assigned missions.

On the same day, Naval Commando Brigade 126 of the Vietnam People’s Navy received the title of Hero of the People’s Armed Forces for the third time.
Under the regular and direct leadership of the Party Committee of the Vietnam People’s Navy, Naval Commando Brigade 126 has fulfilled all of its assigned missions over the past five decades.
At the event, Naval Commander Rear Admiral Tran Thanh Nghiem handed over the title to the unit.
Also on December 18, Joint-stock Company 22 of the General Department of Logistics marked the 50th anniversary of its foundation day and received the second-class National Protection Order.

At the event, delegates and generations of officers, staff, and workers of the unit recalled the establishment and development of the unit over the past five decades. At present, the company is focusing on processing food and foodstuff, producing military supplies and providing wastewater treatment services. As a result, this year the unit generated more than VND 300 billion in revenue, and its workers' average income per capita increased to VND 8.8 million per month.
