Over the past time, the military region has built and issued plans related to the control of administrative procedures; reviewed and simplified internal administrative procedures; digitized documents; and responsibly addressed administrative procedures.

Speaking at the working session with Military Region 5, Gen. Vinh acknowledged and praised the military region’s achievements in administrative reform and digital transformation. He requested the Party Committee and Chain-of-Command of Military Region 5 to continue focusing on administrative reform and digital transformation, considering it one of the key political tasks to build a comprehensively-strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit.

He said that agencies and units under the military region should renew the content, form, and methods of information dissemination and ensure compliance with the requirements set out in administrative reform and digital transformation plans; actively advise local authorities to promote administrative reform in military and defense fields.

Military Region 5 should continue to effectively implement, review, and simplify internal administrative reform for the 2022-2025 period; accelerate the process of digitizing files and resolving administrative procedures according to regulations; fully and promptly carry out the tasks related to e-government development and assigned digital transformation; concentrate on implementing digital signatures; and continue to develop military data transmission lines.
