At the event, Lt. Gen. Tran Ngoc Tuan, Permanent Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Command, reported on the unit’s results of political task performance in the first quarter of this year.

Accordingly, the Command’s Party Committee well completed its advisory role, contributing to the issuance of documents to direct the implementation of military and defense tasks in 2025. It also closely led the force building, organization of meetings with key cadres to collect opinions on the rearrangement of local military agencies, and preparations for all-levels Party congresses for the 2025-2030 period.

Attentively, it directed thorough preparations of draft documents for the fourth congress of the Party Organization of Hanoi Capital Command and gave suggestions on qualified cadres in terms of command and management.

Addressing the event, Gen. Quyet highly praised the Standing Board of the Party Committee of Hanoi Capital Command for its outcomes. He emphasized that 2025 is a year with numerous important milestones of the Party, State, and military and is defined as a year of speeding up, making breakthroughs, and showing high determination to complete all goals and targets set in the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels of the 2020-2025 tenure. This year is also the year to realize the policies and resolutions adopted at the 11th session of the 13th Party Central Committee and to prepare for all-level Party congresses, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Therefore, he asked the Command to continue to realize strategic resolutions, projects, law on military and defense in the new situation in a resolute, effective and serious manner while focusing on good preparation for the 4th Party Congress of Hanoi Capital Command. Gen. Quyet also urged it to continue actively perform its staff role to contribute to well implementing the military and defense work in the stationed areas in 2025.
