GS leader inspects air defense work at Coast Guard Region 4 Command

On this occasion, the delegation reviewed the implementation of orders, directives, and official documents; air defense combat readiness; personnel matters; inter-unit coordination; training outcomes; and troops’ awareness of assigned duties.

After inspecting units under Coast Guard Region 4 and hearing a report from its leadership, the delegation commended the unit for its performance in executing assigned tasks.

Notably, the region’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command have strictly directed subordinate units to implement orders and directives from higher authorities regarding air defense combat readiness. They have also maintained situational awareness, fulfilled assigned duties effectively, and coordinated with local forces to manage airspace, protect critical national infrastructure, and ensure regional security.

Concluding the inspection, the GS Deputy Chief praised and acknowledged the achievements of Coast Guard Region 4 in recent times. He urged the command to continue adhering closely to directives and orders from higher levels, enhance combat readiness, strengthen patrol efforts, and foster cooperation with local units to safeguard national sovereignty in both airspace and waters.
