During the inspection, General Giang offered direct feedback, evaluated the results achieved, and pointed out areas requiring improvement. He requested the relevant agencies and units to promptly adjust and address these shortcomings to ensure the highest quality of preparation for the congress.
Emphasizing the exceptionally important political significance of the congress, the defense leader urged relevant units to work with a high sense of responsibility, further strengthen coordination and cooperation, pro-actively and thoroughly review the assigned tasks, and meticulously direct and organize their implementation to ensure timely progress.
In particular, he emphasized the need to review and improve decoration and information dissemination efforts, ensuring solemnity and significance, with a clear focus on key points, worthy of the event. He urged that certain details and artifacts in the exhibition space should be researched and adjusted to achieve a logical, scientific, easy-to-follow, and aesthetically refined presentation that leaves a profound impression on viewers. At the same time, the leader emphasized strengthening coordination to enhance reception arrangements for representatives at the hall and meeting rooms, while maintaining close patrols and applying security measures to ensure absolute safety in all related areas.
Given the urgent timeline, General Giang requested that all forces mobilize every resource, remain pro-active, creative, and flexible, and complete all assigned tasks with the highest efficiency, thereby contributing to the success and absolute safety of the 12th Military Party Congress.
