An art work of the camp |
After a fortnight gathering for composition, 15 participating military and civilian artists created 33 art works, including a sculptural work and 32 pictures in various materials such as acrylic, oil painting, and mixed colors. The art works vividly reflect troops' activities during the national resistance wars as well as the doi moi (renewal period). Some of the works created during the camp are Rang dong and Mien cat chay (by Hai Nghiem); Tram tich Bien Dong (by Phan Oanh); and Biet dong thanh (by Trinh Ba Quat).
As scheduled, the organizing panel will select outstanding works from the camp to exhibit at the Fine Arts Exhibition House in 16 Ngo Quyen street, Hanoi this month.
