Division 968 holds first flag saluting ceremony in lunar New Year

Commanding Officer of Division 968 Senior Colonel Le Chien Thang chaired the ceremony.

After the ceremony, Colonel Thang read the lunar New Year greetings from the Minister of National Defense and the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Military Region 4 Command to all officers and soldiers.

At the beginning of the Year of the Snake, the division’s commanding officer also urged the unit’s officers and soldiers to continue promoting the revolutionary heroism, the glorious traditions of the nation, the military, and heroic Division 968. He also requested the officers and soldiers to uphold the spirit of self-reliance, solidarity, pro-activity, innovation, and determination to excellently complete the missions for 2025, contributing to building a strong, exemplary, and model unit.

The division’s commanding officer sent his best wishes for a prosperous, healthy, and happy New Year to all officers, soldiers, and their families.

Immediately after the flag-saluting ceremony, the division’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command, officers and soldiers, offered flowers and incense to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs.
