At the working session, Senior Colonel Do Van Tai, the factory’s director, reported that over the past time, the factory has achieved all assigned targets and missions, especially those related to major repair and increase of lifespan of fighters. The factory has also verified and repaired measuring instruments; repaired specialized vehicles and charging stations; produced spare parts and technical supplies to serve combat readiness and training missions of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.

On checking the real situation of the factory, Gen. Vinh acknowledged the outcomes gained by the factory over the past time.

Urging the factory to accelerate the progress of its projects, the defense leader asked Factory A32 to pay due attention to technological process and legal basis, continue to monitor and evaluate the technical conditions and quality of key aircraft models which have been repaired and whose lifespan has been increased.

At the same time, functional agencies under the Ministry of National Defense and the Air Defense - Air Force Service were requested to keep a close watch on and work closely with the factory to address difficulties and obstacles confronting the factory.
