PANO – A mission of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army held a ceremony commemorating martyrs who died in action in the Southern continental shelf.

All delegates were moved to tears when they heard about the martyrs’ brave sacrifice to defend the nation’s sacred sovereignty over the waters of the Southern continental shelf.

The ceremony was part of the mission’s visit to troops and people on Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago and DK1 platform.
