In the solemn atmosphere, the delegates spent a minute of silence to express respect and deep gratitude for the great contribution of General Nguyen Chi Thanh to the Party’s revolutionary cause.

The delegation vowed to follow the shining example of General Nguyen Chi Thanh and continue to devote themselves to building a revolutionary, regular, elite, gradually-modernized Vietnam People’s Army and further promoting the country’s development.

On the occasion, Sr. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh and leaders of the Military Region 4 Command presented gifts to five policy beneficiaries in Quang Tho commune, Quang Dien district.

Also, the delegates offered incense and floral tribute to General Nguyen Chi Thanh at his museum at No.144. Dang Thai Than road, Thuan Hoa district, Hue city.
