Bridge 957’s troops in training

During the two-week long training, Brigade 957’s troops will practice building tents, arranging a field kitchen and accommodation, receiving weapons and military equipment, making preparations for combat, and conducting live-fire drills. 

This training session is aimed to prepare personnel from a 37mm anti-aircraft gun and two 12.7mm machine gun companies for the upcoming whole military’s air defense competition for ground units in 2022 hosted by the Department of Ground forces’ Air Defense.

The competition for units in southern localities will be held in Firing Range TB-3 in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.

After the field training session, the unit will conduct a live-fire drill, during which participating troops will shoot down aerial targets at night and fixed targets in daytime.

The event’s results will help the units develop more suitable training programs to raise troops’ capabilities to meet the requirements of carrying out training and combat readiness missions and managing their designated airspace.
