Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong speaking at the opening ceremony
The contest aims to raise commanders’ professionalism at battalion level in command and staff training and political work. It is a good chance for them to raise their leadership capabilities as well as strengthen their capacity.
During this four-day event, the participants will compete in command and staff tests; Party and political work, drill command lessons, K54 pistol shooting and more.
Addressing the event, General Huong hailed good preparation of the corps and stressed that the contest was an important activity to inspect and evaluate officers in training work. Therefore, the whole corps should strictly organize the festival to have results exactly reflecting troops' capabilities, contributing to raising training ability of all affiliated units under the corps in the time to come.
