PANO - A ceremony to celebrate 65 years of the foundation of Regiment 95, which fought in Quang Tri and Thua Thien-Hue during the previous war, was held on December 12th in Quang Tri Town, Thua Thien-Hue.

200 representative veterans, who used to be staff of the regiment over all periods, attended the grand event, which then became a touching gathering.

They together recalled the past, commemorated their comrades who had laid down their lives, and told each other about the comrades that had not been able to come to the meeting.

According to reports, veterans of Regiment 95 frequently exchanged information about their lives and supported those in difficult situations, especially war invalids.

They also bring into full play the merits of the Uncle Ho Soldier and continue to contribute their parts to socio-economic development in their localities.
