Through three COE inspections, Vietnam’s ECR3 has drawn many valuable lessons, including strictly maintaining routine maintenance and regular inspection of all equipment and supplies to ensure readiness; building a scientific and transparent documentation system; emphasizing close guidance from the Party committees and chains-of-command at all levels; focusing on training and sharing COE-related experience; maintaining and improving a regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks; and enhancing communication and effective coordination with relevant parties within the mission.
