In the first quarter of 2026, border management forces from both sides effectively implemented three legal documents on the Vietnam-China land border and other high-level agreements. Both sides actively conducted legal education to raise awareness and compliance among residents. They also coordinated closely to combat crime, exchange information, and prevent forest fires along the border belt. These efforts have fostered a border of peace and friendship, enabling local people to stabilize their livelihoods and promote socio-economic development.
