Refresher course for Lao military court’s cadres concludes
PANO – The refresher course for cadres of the Military Court of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, co-organized by the Central Military Court and Group 871 of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, successfully concluded on September 13.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Major General Tran Duy Hoa, Deputy Chief Justice of the Central Military Court held that the month-long course has successfully concluded as planned. During the course, Lao personnel acquired important knowledge about the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code of Vietnam as well as other subjects.

On behalf of the course’s organizers, General Hoa applauded efforts of the Lao cadres, and expressed his hope that the Lao personnel would apply their acquired knowledge and experience into their daily work, contributing to developing the Lao military court sector and the Lao judicial branch.
Also, he suggested that the Vietnamese and Lao militaries should continue enhancing delegation exchanges and training cooperation in both judicial and military court sectors, contributing to tightening the solidarity between the two militaries and peoples of Vietnam and Laos.
On behalf of the Lao military court delegation, Lieutenant Colonel Vongphone Souvanachak thanked the Central Military Court of Vietnam, Group 871 and relevant agencies for their good support for the course. He pledged to apply his acquired experience into his work in the coming time.
