The An Giang provincial Military Command hands over the medical supplies to the Coast - Island Defense Command under the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. |
For their part, the Cambodian side thanked the An Giang provincial Military Command for the support, hoping that the bilateral cooperation between the two units will be deepened in the coming time.
During the event, leaders of the two units shared and exchanged information about socio-economic situations as well as experience in the COVID-19 fight over the past time.
This is a meaningful activity, contributing to taking care of the Cambodian troops, while tightening the traditional solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia in general and the two units in particular.
The activity was part of the program to celebrate the “Vietnam-Cambodia Solidarity and Friendship Year” and the 55th anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic relations (June 24, 1967 - 2022).
