It is known that from October 3 to 15, Military Region 4 deployed nearly 100 officers and soldiers along with various vehicles and equipment to participate in a joint search and rescue exercise among the militaries of Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia in Vientiane. The exercise was completed safely and successfully, earning high praise from the governments and defense ministers of the three countries.
