Notably, during the handover and rotation process with the L2FH Rotation 8, when only a few staff from the outgoing unit remained at the mission, the team successfully carried out an aeromedical evacuation mission for two Bangladeshi service members. This demonstrated the strong sense of responsibility, determination to overcome difficulties and resolve to fulfill assigned tasks of Vietnamese blue-beret officers.

Alongside its professional duties, the hospital actively conducted scientific research, promoted innovation and digital transformation, and organized community-support and healthcare activities while sharing the difficulties faced by local people. The team also strengthened exchanges and coordination with other forces, building solidarity and friendship with international colleagues. These efforts helped promote the image of Vietnamese service members as disciplined, professional, humanitarian, responsible and compassionate.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Duc Tai, Director of the L2FH Rotation 7, stated that after one year of mission, the hospital's officers and staff were proud to report that they had successfully fulfilled their U.N. peacekeeping mission in South Sudan.

The hospital’s achievements were attributed to the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, as well as the attention and guidance of the VNDPKO and the coordination and support of Military Hospital 175 and other agencies and units. They were also the result of the solidarity, sense of responsibility and steadfast political stance of the hospital’s officers and staff, who proactively overcame difficulties and challenges throughout the mission.

In his remarks, Maj. Gen. Pham Manh Thang praised the sense of responsibility, solidarity, efforts and achievements of the L2FH Rotation 7 throughout its deployment. He asked the hospital’s officers and staff to continue upholding the qualities of revolutionary service members and military doctors, successfully fulfill their assigned duties upon returning to their units, and serve as active core staff in spreading their experience, sense of responsibility and the positive image of Vietnamese blue-beret peacekeepers.
