The border guard forces of the two countries have maintained joint patrolling, promoted sharing of information to promptly deal with unexpected issues in the Vietnam-China borderline, and prevent illegal border crossings, crimes, and cross-border epidemics.

In addition, the two sides have handed over medical supplies and equipment to support each other in COVID-19 prevention and control.

The effective implementation of the work has contributed to helping the two countries’ border guard forces accomplish all assigned missions, consolidating Vietnam-China solidarity, friendship and cooperation, and firmly safeguarding national sovereignty and border security.

Below are some photos reflecting the Vietnamese border guard force’s activities to promote cooperation with Chinese units.
