Corps 15 extends greetings to Cambodia on Chol Chnam Thmay Festival
PANO - On the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay festival, from April 2 to 5, a delegation from the Corps 15 Command, led by its Deputy Commander Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam, visited, extended greetings, and presented gifts to the armed forces and people of Cambodia.
As part of the visit, Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam and the Vietnamese delegation offered incense at the Cambodia - Vietnam Heroic Martyrs Monument in Stung Treng province, and visited and presented gifts to the Military Region 1 Command of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.

In a warm and cordial atmosphere, Colonel Nguyen Hong Lam expressed his delight at the recent achievements of Cambodia, particularly its socio-economic development and the strengthening of national defense and security, as well as the country’s growing international standing.

He extended his best wishes for health, happiness, and continued success to the troops and people of Stung Treng province in particular, and to Cambodia as a whole in their efforts to build and develop the nation. On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to Corps 15’s affiliated units stationed in Cambodia. Meanwhile, other units of Corps 15 operating along the border areas also organized delegations to visit and extend wishes to local people, authorities, and armed forces in Cambodia.
