PANO - Captain Lam Ba Khanh, commissar of Brigade 171 of Naval Region 2, on December 25th received a visiting mission from Chinese Navy, led by Rear Admiral Zhang Wendan, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Nanhai Fleet.

The commissar briefed the Chinese guests on the unit’s tradition, combat and development of over 47 years.

For his part, Chinese Rear Admiral expressed his wish that the Nanhai Fleet and Brigade 171 would tighten their solidarity and boost their cooperation in the time to come.

As part of their visit to Vietnam, the Chinese mission will visit the heroic HQ-11 ship.
