His participation in the forum was aimed at implementing the common understandings reached by the senior leaders of the two countries, particularly the Joint Statement on continuing to deepen the Viet Nam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and promoting the building of a Viet Nam-China Community with a Shared Future of strategic significance at a higher level in the new era.

It also demonstrated Viet Nam’s support for and active participation in international multilateral activities organized by the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, contributing to strengthening bilateral defense relations and the traditional friendship between the two countries.
